Leaders grapple daily with issues that are not cut and dry. ‘Right and wrong’, and the ‘best’ decision in complex and changing global environments are tricky. Much time and energy may be lost as individuals and teams deal with such issues as respect, responsibility, accountability, and managing conflict.

On a company level, changing priorities and corporate growth can raise challenging questions. How can innovative practices lead to increased respect? How do you communicate and demonstrate your corporate values in genuine ways? Is being perceived as ethical good enough?

Our seminars on Ethical Problem Solving are tailored to your specific needs. Whether ethical dilemmas arise internally or in terms of public perception of your company, we look at how you can best manage the dilemmas you face. We help your people live their values and those of your company while maximizing effectiveness.

Topics can include:

  • Understanding responsibility

  • Identifying, articulating and resolving value conflicts

  • Expressing authenticity

  • Developing empathy and communicating compassion

  • Building trust
